Shipping Policy

Every Nectar & Honey Atelier wine carrier is handcrafted to order in New Zealand. We aim to dispatch every order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality our pieces are known for.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping options may be added in future — if you'd like to enquire about an international order, please contact us.

Production & Lead Times

All wine carriers are made to order. Standard production timeframes are:

• Standard wholesale orders (10–199 units): 3–4 weeks
• Larger orders (200+ units): 5–6 weeks
• First-time custom stamp orders: 6 weeks (allows time for stamp creation)
• Sampler packs: 3–4 weeks

Lead times are calculated from the date your order is confirmed and payment received. If your timeline is urgent, please get in touch before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility.

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your order is ready, we'll dispatch via a trusted New Zealand courier and email you tracking details. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within New Zealand depending on your location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We do our best to keep freight rates fair while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 days at info@nectarandhoneyatelier.co.nz — see our Returns Policy for details on how we handle damaged or incorrect orders.

Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title remains with Nectar & Honey Atelier until full payment has been received.
